![]() 7 resistance multiplied by 180 resistance =1260 total resistance ![]() My calculation to add resistance on item is like this: Max resistance are capped at 80 and -100 at its lowest, so there is at least 180 for each resistance (if you want max it all).Įach character have 4 armor slot, 3 jewelry slot, 2 weapon slot, and 1 artifact slot, totaling 10 slot. Now with resistance, there are 8 resistance including physical, but those affected with difficulty resistance are 7 excluding physical resistance. Underwhelming Artifacts: It's me or 80% of the artifacts are not woth the effort to build them?įor me, Earth mastery lack the resistance reduction and the ring of flame skill just taking lots of energy even with no +%fire damage. Stonebinder Cuffs are still OP: This is a hard one, as are already nerfed by low elemental res + high dex requirement, but the fact you can get +3 all skills from a glove slot in Legendary. Hunting's Pierce + Rogue Pierce Ratio + High pierce base weapon is OP: I think is fun, and something must be over the top in terms of damage, but nothing else even comes close. I would rise level requirement for lots of stuff (gear, affixes) only obtainable on Epic/Legendary difficulties about 10 levels. Epic and Legendary difficulty stuff with low level req: Is absurd you can equip your character in endgame equipment by level 50, usually the level you start Epic in Ragnarok. This makes most of the itemization possibilities actually worthless. Too much resistance value to cover: In Legendary, -100 to 7 different resistances with current resistance mitigation options shift the game too much towards into MIs + charms/relics all with resistances, or OP Ragnarök items. Lots of obsolete Legendaries & sets: While the new Ragnarök and Atlantis items are great (some of them a bit too much on OP side.), many of the old TQ + IT Legendaries have no place in any build, especially the non-weapons that desperately need some extra defensive value (resists mostly). ![]() I think they were left untouched since the very first version of the game, seriously, the better versions of some of them give 34 to one attribute, 250 Mana, 75 DA/OA, 40 armor. Obsolete underperforming common affixes. Some underwhelming skills: Shatter Arrows from Hunting: Low damage, Energy Shield from Storm, redundant defensive value to bother re-casting all the time. Please feel free to share any aspects of the game you feel are totally out of balance and need some tweaks, or comment my picks. Still, I feel there's much room of improvement for a more consistent and rewarding experience. To old-time gamers like me (still own the original game DVD-ROM), the balance has been improved a lot, especially with some fixes and balance changes picked from community patches and applied on Anniversary Edition. In my mod "Game Regulation" I plan to do some minor tweaks to classes and other stuff to keep them a bit more balanced, and I will try to reach this changes to the devs in the hope they put any of them in a future update.
